Customer Return Policy:
Please follow the return procedure:
All returns must be accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase. No returns on washed or worn garments. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
In the event of a garment flaw, please contact Mountain Sprouts for a return authorization form at 1-866-686-7778. Refunds and/or exchanges on defective items
are at the sole discretion of Mountain Sprouts and will be determined once the garment has been inspected by staff elves.
Dealer Return Policy:
NO RETURNS WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. No return on embroidered garments. Buyer to arrange for own insurance of goods, seller not responsible for goods
after leaving on transportation facility at shipping point. We reserve the right to hold shipments without notice on past due accounts. No claims allowed unless made
in writing in 5 days of receipt of goods.
Warranty Policy:
Mountain Sprouts products are guaranteed for life! In the event of a garment flaw, please contact Mountain Sprouts for a return authorization form at 1-866-686-7778.
Refunds and/or exchanges on defective items are at the sole discretion of Mountain Sprouts and will be determined once the garment has been inspected by staff elves.
- Email Mountain Sprouts customer service at info@mountainsprouts.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include a description of the problem or product defect. All returned packages must display the RA # on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany the items.
- For size changes do not remove tags. If tags are removed, a refund or exchange will not be accepted and the product will be shipped back.
